Just finished reading this book before it hits the big screen April this year. Starring by Emma Watson and Tom Hanks. This book is completely relevant to our current social media filled lives

SECRET ARE LIES, SHARING IS CARING,
SECRET ARE LIES, SHARING IS CARING,
PRIVACY IS THEFT
The Circle is about Mae, Maebelline Renner Holland (24 year old) who thanks to a sweet hook up from a friend lands a job at The Circle, the world largest internet company (like Google, Facebook, Twitter and etc in one) that has big plans for privacy, government and surveillance. Definitely got me thinking more about the role that social media already plays in our lives, the transparency of our life and the implications of that transparency. I think it's time to take a step back and evaluate this point
This book is not very engaging, the storyline is poor but Eggars touches on some of the internet erras biggest questions, such a privacy, oversharing the attention drain and more. I appreciated he brought out about the above topics
I love Mercer, by the way ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ and I hate Mae ðŸ˜
